Practical guide to the Devv ecosystem.
Devv is a growing set of software products connected by one Hub. These docs explain what each product does, how access and billing work, where admin controls live, and how users should move through the ecosystem.
Start Here
The most important thing to understand is that Devv Hub is the control plane. The products do the daily work; Hub connects identity, billing, support, referrals, legal, and admin oversight.
For users
Sign in once with Devv. Open the product you use, complete onboarding, and manage your profile, workspace, team, or billing from the right app.
For admins
Use Hub to manage people, organizations, subscriptions, legal agreements, email campaigns, internal finance, and support tickets.
For partners
Use the partner dashboard to view referral codes, commission status, legal agreements, and sponsored app access.

How Devv Works
These platform rules keep the ecosystem coherent as more products go live.
One Devv account
Devv Hub is the shared identity layer. Some products redirect to Devv to sign in, then hand the user back to the product with a secure launch flow.
Workspaces and roles
Business products use organizations, memberships, and role-based access. Solo products use the user account directly unless a team feature is enabled.
Billing and invoices
Devv Hub owns billing visibility, subscription adjustments, internal invoices, and finance controls. Native apps show plan status but do not invent their own billing authority.
Partners and referrals
Brand ambassadors and partners receive referral codes from Hub. Stagr and WeBook can capture a code at signup or let a user enter one later in app settings.
Legal and agreements
Legal templates, review tasks, signed documents, and sponsored-access approval live in Hub. Sponsored access activates only after the required approval flow.
Email and notifications
Hub owns the central email center and shared queued worker. Native apps still send urgent product emails immediately when the workflow requires it.
Admin and Operations
Hub is intentionally stronger than a marketing dashboard. It is where Devv controls real operations.
Sign in to HubCommand Center
Level-2 users see operational commands. Level-3 users see broader admin, finance, people, billing, legal, and organization controls.
People and employees
People records are separated by employee, partner, customer, and user context. Scoped roles such as legal access are additive rather than replacing admin level.
Internal finance
Internal finance centralizes revenue by app, payouts, manual expenses, reconciliation gaps, invoices, and founder-level financial actions.
Support handoff
Native products submit support tickets to Hub through app-owned handoff endpoints so product context is preserved for the admin team.
What is not documented as public API yet
Public API, SDK, and CLI documentation are not live yet. Devv is currently documented as a product and operations ecosystem, not as an external developer platform.
Some products are live while others are in beta, pilot, or founder-led rollout. Product pages and pricing should be treated as the current user-facing source, not old planning docs.
All sensitive admin operations should be performed through Hub. Direct database edits are reserved for reviewed migrations, backfills, and explicitly approved operational fixes.
